Password

If you’re an existing member and changing to your “Member Card Number” from your old username, you DO NOT need to change your previous password – it has not been changed unless you’ve altered it. However, if you’re a new member, your temporary new password is now your birth day and month (eg: 0409 for September 4th). Once logged in, you can and should then change that password. Please contact the member service desk with any issues.
